I was born and raised in Ukraine and used to live in Munich, Germany. I traveled around Europe and found my home base here in A Mariña, Galicia🌿🌊
Since I was a child I was always curious about our body, how it works and how everything is connected. I used to be a track and field athlete and know that not only exercises are needed to be in tune with your body, but also relaxation.
Massages are the easiest way to feel relaxed and energetic at the same time. I learned (and I am still diving deeper into) different arts of massages to pick the best techniques and methods for you.
